Judy Freya Sibayan and her classmates gate crash in 1974 the opening of '101 Artists' with a performance titled ‘Lemon Cake’. It was an unauthorized work (guerrilla art) in the exhibition at Shop 6, one of the first artist-run alternative spaces founded by Roberto Chabet in the 1970s as an alternative to the institution. Ray Albano wrote about ‘Lemon Cake’ in his review inadvertently authorizing it as part of the show.
